Refer to "My Account > My Orders" when you have logged into the store to view your current and previous orders.

If your order status is "Pending", this means your order is on hold and is not completed for some reason. This is due to a backorder in stock or a possible credit card issue. If your credit card number does not match your billing address, your order may be put on hold. In all "Pending" cases, a representative will call you to confirm your order.

Orders that are paid and have passed fraud screening are shipped, and a FedEx or USPS tracking number is added to that order. Tracking numbers may be accessed by logging in to your account and clicking on the order number. The tracking number is located next to the Shipped status in Order History.
